Inktober Day 23 - Today’s spooky pals are Megg, Mogg, and Owl! (Guest starring Werewolf Jones) I’ll never forget when one of my high school’s librarians lent me his signed copy of @simon.hanselmann ‘s Megahex. (I still smell the lipstick in the book’s covers whenever I see these characters.) I thought, oh an adult comic? I’ve read Watchmen and Akira, I can handle it… I don’t think I’ve read another comic that is as ridiculous yet genuine as this series is. Simon Hanselmann had made some of the most repulsive and shocking comics I’ve seen but they still feel like they have more substance than the other shock stuff I’ve read. Anyways go check the comics! And you can see the new cartoon on the Paloni Show on Hulu that just came out. Great stuff!
